三、研究方向
主要研究方向为膳食营养与人体健康,功能因子与慢性非代谢性疾病如糖尿病、血脂异常的发病机制;老年人群疾病特别是肌肉减少症的营养防治措施等。近年来主持和参与了多项国家级及省部级课题,发表国内外高质量论文30余篇,担任浙江省营养学会老年营养专委会委员,浙江省预防医学会慢病防治委员会委员,并担任《food science and human wellness》、《Food & Medicine Homology》等国际期刊青年编委。
